 Sonaer's
ultrasonic atomizer nozzles convert low viscosity liquids into ultra fine
sprays. As liquids are pumped through the center of the probe,
they are mechanically pulverized into fine droplets from the
vibrating tip. These droplets are larger with low frequency
nozzles and smaller with higher frequency nozzles. With the Sonaer
ultrasonic atomizer nozzle, finer
more precise control can be performed with our
unique anti flashing flow-thru design. |

Sonaer makes wide
spray, narrow spray, radial spray and high temperture
atomizing nozzles for either focusing atomized particles,
covering a large area with particles or coating counter bores at
multiple angles. Feature and benifits of ultrasonic nozzles is low
velocity spray, reduction of ovewrspray, no air required to spray, fine
droplets, no moving parts to replace, superior coatings. The nozzle is
titanium alloy with PTFE teflon and stainless steel components.
Sonaer's ultrasonic
atomizer nozzles have a duel welded stainless steel
tube through the center for non clogging operation, cleaning ease and
leak proof operation. The tip of the atomizer spray nozzle is aerospace
titaniumalloy,
making it
useful for all kinds of corrosive liquids.
Atomizer nozzle frequencies offered begin at 20kHz through 130kHz.  Sonaer's ultrasonic
atomizer comes with the SONOZAP ultrasonic
atomizer generator, for power and frequency control of
the atomizer nozzle. The digital ultrasonic generator has
a display providing
performance of the instrument, includes variable amplitude
control for adjusting
the vibration of the ultrasonic tip,
and an enable/disable connection
located at the rear of the unit. The unit can be purchased with PC
software control for either Windows or Apple. This connection allows
the
atomizer to be placed into automated spraying equipment for coating
surfaces with extreme accuracy.Sonaer's atomizer nozzle generator is state-of-the-art, with surface mount components throughout, unique software algorithms making the generator 100% digital which allows the nozzle to be controlled by a PC and "Auto Atomization Power Adjustment" (AAPA) capability. AAPA automatically adjust the power output to the nozzle with changes in liquid flows without stalling as with all other atomizer nozzle suppliers. The nozzle generator can also be operated by the customer through .dll file protocol if desired and has infinite frequency control for changes in temperature, loads and operate all other manufacturer atomizer nozzles. Many features of our protective software tells the user if the power is too low for the liquid flow, disables power for any fault with information provided to the user on a LCD display. PC
