Ultra Sonic
Atomizer Generator, programmable with external
enable/disable. Menu driven software for performing frequency
selection, timer operation, changing display units. Atomizer
nozzle plugs into the rear of the generator and is controlled by the
up/down arrows. The display will provide information as
frequency, power, time and operating level.

Sonaer's ultrasonic
atomizer nozzles convert low viscosity liquids into ultra fine
sprays. As liquids are pumped through the center of the probe,
the liquids are mechanically pulverized into droplets from the
vibrating tip. These droplets are larger with low frequency
probes and smaller with higher frequency probes. Sonaer is introducing
the first dual frequency atomizer nozzle that makes both a 10 micron
and 20 micron particle size. The 10 micron particle size is
produce from the 150kHz nozzle frequency, whereas the 20 micron
particle size is made by the 60kHz frequency. The nozzle includes
our non-clogging flow through with anti flashing tube design. Fluids
are introduced through a Swage-Lock fitting at the rear for either
1/16" or 1/8" OD tubing. Flow rates from 0 to 20ml/min for
the 150kHz nozzle frequency and 0 to 40ml/min for the 60kHz
nozzle frequency. Probe will allow micro liter flows. |
