Sonaer has the capability to make consumer products with our ultrasonic technology. Using 3D printers and CAD software, we can easily make plastic housings or attachments for injection molding and integrating the designs with our atomizer nozzles. Since our atomizer nozzles are made in titanium alloy, this is used because of the metals inertness to chemicals and excellent sound properties. Ultrasonic atomizer nozzles do not have to be made in titanium, materials acceptable to ultrasonic properties are also aluminum, ceramics and plastics if done correctly. As can be seen from our website, Sonaer is at the forefront of technology and has unique atomizer nozzles for customer projects. We have miniature ultrasonic generators that are portable for battery operated applications and self contained generators within an atomizer housing for large production environments.
