Three Year Leasing of Sonaer Atomizer Nozzle, Generator and Syringe Pump. $650/month, two months down.

Early Termination of Agreement - Calculated based on time of early termination. With a one year lease, customer decides that seven months was adequate for use. Customer responsibility would be seven months times $1250 = $8750. Customer paid seven months at $950 = $6650. Customer owes difference $8750 - $6650 = $2100.

If the application requires a micro feed tube, customer needs to purchase separately from Sonaer.
